Terms & Conditions

Your commitment to us

When you confirm your purchase, you are accepting that these terms and conditions form the basis of any contract between Fulham Palace and yourself.

No contract exists between you and Fulham Palace for the sale of any tickets until we have received and accepted your order and received payment in full. Once cleared funds are received, there is a binding contract between us.

Prices

Prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes and there are no surcharges whatsoever. Once you have paid, we will not increase the price of your tickets or products.   

The description and price of all tickets and products will be shown on the Fulham Palace website. Prices are in UK Sterling and inclusive of VAT, if applicable. All tickets and products must be paid for in full at the end of your order.

Prices displayed on the site are subject to change without notice. 

All products offered are subject to availability at the time of ordering.

We accept most major credit and debit cards in partnership with our payment gateway.

Delivery charges for products are not included in the product prices quoted; this will be added at the end of your order. Please note that customs duties and import taxes for your order may vary from country to country. You are responsible for these charges and they are not included in shipping costs.

Please note that if you are purchasing a ticket to an event you will need to print out your confirmation email, or show the email on your phone upon arrival.  We do not post event tickets. If you are ordering products online, your order might take up to one week to be dispatched. Products will be dispatched with Royal Mail.

Refunds and cancellations

Fulham Palace does not offer refunds or exchanges on tickets or products after purchase. Outdoor events will go ahead unless it is dangerous to do so and event details are also subject to change. 

In the event that an event is cancelled you will be contacted to arrange a full refund.

If you wish to report a fault or mistake on a retail product you purchased from the online shop, please contact our retail department within 14 days of delivery by email - retail@fulhampalace.org. Please include a photo if you can to illustrate the problem. Once you have been in touch, we will then give you individual advice on possible returns, replacements and refunds.

Online booking

Once purchased, online tickets may not be used in conjunction with any other offer. No ticket may be resold.

Any discounts or offers online are only available for limited quantities and periods and shall not be available on bookings made by phone or in person.

You are entirely responsible for entering your details correctly on the booking form. You warrant that all details supplied by you are true and accurate. It is your responsibility to check that the details are accurate. Fulham Palace cannot take responsibility for errors with your booking once processed.

The purchase of a ticket entitles the bearer to access the event named, at the time and date stated on the face of the Ticket. Please ensure these details are correct as tickets are not transferable.

Where a person makes a booking on behalf of a party, that person accepts these terms and conditions on behalf of all members of the party and is responsible for all payments due from the party.

Booking services with Fulham Palace are only available to persons who are at least 18 years of age.

All visitors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult unless stated otherwise in the specific event description.

Online security
Your security is important to us. These pages are hosted on secure servers which encrypt all sensitive data to minimize the possibility of someone being able to read them as they are sent over the Internet.

NHS Test and Trace

Fulham Palace is assisting NHS Test and Trace as part of the UK's response to tackling Covid-19. If you do not wish your name and email address to be shared with NHS Test and Trace if requested for contact tracing purposes, you can opt out. All personal data processed for this purpose is held in line with GDPR requirements and government guidance.

Limitation of liability

Fulham Palace’s total liability for in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty), misrepresentation, restitution or otherwise, arising in connection with the performance or contemplated performance of this agreement shall be limited to the price paid for the goods.

The limitation on any exclusion from liability contained in these conditions shall be subject to the provisions of second 2(1) of the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977.

Fulham Palace will not be liable in any amount for failure to perform any obligation under this agreement if such failure is caused by the occurrence of any unseen event beyond its reasonable control including without limitation Internet and Communication outages, fire, flood, war or act of God.

Severance

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck out and the remaining provisions shall remain in force.
