An order confirmation will be emailed to the email address supplied on the booking form. This will include your unique booking reference number and a barcode that also contains this number. Please allow a couple of minutes for this to arrive, and remember to check your junk mail folder if it isn't in your inbox.
Please ensure you download and print your e-ticket to bring on the day of your visit. Alternatively, present your ticket on your smartphone to staff on arrival to gain entry into the event.
Please note, we do not provide or post printed tickets.
That's ok! You don't have to print out the e-Ticket, simply present your ticket on your smartphone or quote your booking reference number to staff on arrival to gain entry.
Please note, if you only present your booking reference number you will need to show a form of ID as well to gain entry.
Fulham Palace does not offer refunds or exchanges on tickets after purchase.
Outdoor events will go ahead unless it is dangerous to do so, however event details are subject to change.
In the event that an event is cancelled you will be contacted to arrange a full refund.

If there are spaces available you can book on the day, but if the event is sold out, then you cannot.
We offer reduced prices on many of our adult learning events for unemployed people, discretionary carer tickets when accompanying a disabled person, and bursary places on selected learning events. Full booking details, including ticket pricing, for all events is available on our website.
