Half term theatre: Oscar the skeleton
Join us for a playful Halloween-themed half term theatre show for little ones and their grown-ups.
Step into The Other Side and meet Oscar the Skeleton, who spends his days with his loyal skeleton dog Tag, visiting the library and playing in the park. But when he loses a tooth, it becomes all he can think about. Everything changes when he meets a lonely little girl from the world of the living. As they explore each other’s worlds, they discover what friendship really means – and it all begins with them both losing a tooth.
Full of silliness, laughter and a playful story, this interactive performance is the perfect way to spark young imaginations. Using puppetry, storytelling and plenty of chances to join in, Oscar Seeks a Friend is a gentle and thoughtful show that children and adults will enjoy together.
Before or after the show, explore the historic Palace grounds and make it a day to remember.
This performance is adapted from Oscar Seeks a Friend by Paweł Pawlak, translated by Antonia Lloyd Jones.
