Meet our sewing bees volunteer group for a fun filled family morning of crafts, costumes and hands on activities.
Dress up and parade through the great hall before exploring our handling collection. Become a Tudor apothecary, a Victorian gardener or create your own historical character and discover what life at the Palace might have been like.
Little ones can enjoy toddler friendly sewing activities, while older children can create their own paper weaving to take home. Adults are encouraged to join in too, making this a hands on family activity for all ages.
Whether you're crafting, dressing up or discovering history together, it's the perfect way to spend a morning at the Palace.

- Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times
- This is a drop in event, pre-booking is recommended.
