Volunteers' start of season meeting (online)
The start of season meeting is an important opportunity for all volunteers to be updated about what’s going on at Fulham Palace, take part in training and meet with other volunteers and staff members.
We strongly encourage all volunteers to attend one of the three interesting and informative start of season sessions. They will help you make the most out of volunteering with the Palace.
We want as many volunteers to attend as possible so we offer 3 sessions at different times, but as the content will be the same in all of the sessions you will only need to attend one. Refreshments will be provided, and the location of this meeting is to be confirmed.
The daytime and weekend sessions will be held on site and will be two hours long. The first hour gives you the opportunity to have refreshments and speak with various staff, volunteer representatives and fellow volunteers about the volunteer programme. This year, there will also be the exciting opportunity to join a guided tour - led by Siân Harrington (CEO) and Lucy Hart (Head gardener).
The presentations from staff will start promptly on the second hour. They include Palace updates and training modules.
The evening session lasts an hour and will be held online only where you will get updates from staff through the presentations, updates and training.
We look forward to seeing you there!
